Performance & Planning Lead

Job Description:

  1. Planning and executing daily replenishments.
  2. Minimizing disposals by highlighting near-to-expiry stock beforehand.
  3. Prepare reallocation plan for inter-store movement to ensure stock availability across all stores.
  4. Continuously improve forecasts through evaluation of inventory changes, sales trends, category trends or marketing plans.
  5. Weekly forecasting on a zone level for planning resources for last mile and dark stores.
  6. Design and monitor metrics for last mile and dark stores to manage target service levels.
  7. Create and monitor (end-to-end) daily transfer orders.
  8. Preparation of reports and dashboards.
  9. Identifying and documenting performance gaps for review.
  10. Work with large data sets to identify correlations and causal relationships.

    Skills Required:

    1. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a Related Field.
    2. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and process automation.
    3. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
    4. Forecasting & Demand Planning.
