Finance & ERP Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Dynamics Finance / ERP as the Finance Product Specialist.
• Translate Finance and business requirements into ERP solutions and process improvements.
• Lead ERP integrations, implementations, UAT, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Optimize R2R, P2P, O2C, inventory, reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls.
• Ensure accurate integration of POS, payments, inventory, e-commerce, and operational systems with Finance.
• Develop automation, dashboards, and reporting to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
• Work closely with Finance, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and external ERP partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure Dynamics remains scalable as the business grows.

Skills & Qualifications

• ACA | ACCA Qualified – Mandatory.
• 8–10+ years of Finance / ERP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Retail experience is highly preferred / key.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial controls, inventory, payments, and reconciliations.
• Experience as an ERP Product Owner / Finance Systems Specialist / Finance Transformation Lead is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ideal profile: A finance professional who understands technology and can bridge the gap between Finance, Business Operations, and ERP/Technology.
